Gwen’s beanie – a reversible single tube – well done – looks GREAT!!   Shirley’s Blankets   Roslyn’s Dress – awesome – as always Roslyn’s Demo of Gloves – This was based on a Patons Hand Knit patters and converted by Roslyn for the Dup 80

27th May – Presentations   Shirley will kindly do a presentation for us – This will cover: Circular hems and also Scalloped Edges / necklines – based on the AMKM issue Dec 9th 1990 Also Joan may be able to provide a short presentation as well – time permitting..   I will be away 🙁

Brisbane Passap Workshop - Eleanor Goldfinch

My goodness, six months since the last post.  A lot has been happening. We were very sad to hear that John Salmond, our president Joan’s husband, passed away suddenly on Saturday, 17 January.  His funeral service was extremely well attended.  John was so very helpful to machine knitters and his friendly nature charmed everyone he

We welcomed a new member in June, Rosalie, who has purchased her first knitting machine, a Duo 80.  We spent the demonstration period helping her to work through the oven mitt in the manual.  She went home with a finished item. There were quite a few members at the meeting.  We were sad to hear
