My goodness, six months since the last post.  A lot has been happening.

We were very sad to hear that John Salmond, our president Joan’s husband, passed away suddenly on Saturday, 17 January.  His funeral service was extremely well attended.  John was so very helpful to machine knitters and his friendly nature charmed everyone he met.  We will all miss him very much.  Our sympathies are with Joan at this difficult time.
